Fabergé Egg

I have to dedicate an entry to Fabergé and today Google has announced his 166 anniversary, so the occasion it's so special :)

Since I was a child I'm very interested in Romanov's family, and the Fabergé eggs are a part of them. The first Fabergé egg was crafted for Tsar Alexander III, who decided to give his wife, the Empress Maria Fedorovna, an Easter Egg in 1885, possibly to celebrate the 20th anniversary of their betrothal. Empress Maria was so delighted by this gift that Alexander appointed Fabergé a ‘goldsmith by special appointment to the Imperial Crown’. He commissioned another egg the following year and every year he gaves to his wife a new amazing egg for the collection
